iPhone 4s, I'm a bit of an Apple nerd so it was my top choice
I've got the i4 now and I love it. I'm looking forward to upgrading to the 4S in a few months. -

Smart phones are great the first couple of months...Then the lag sets in, followed by horrible battery life. I voluntarily switched back to a flip phone. It aint fancy, but I dont have to constantly worry about battery life. And I dont have to worry much about the cost if I lost or destroyed my phone on a jump!

I hear you, but I run my own business so it's super handy, emails pretty much run my life so I need a reliable mobile email client. Plus I needed a new camera anyway, and the camera on the 4s is pretty impressive. Battery life is the biggest thing, but hey, that's the sacrifice we make for convenience. -
