Frank, you are not the only one, have been trying to get my beanie...so far emails and a phone call haven't helped.

Placed order on June 7 (before business even opened for that day)
On June 11th, I sent a polite e-mail looking for the tracking number, no reply.
called on the 12th, and I was told I should have it "today or tomorrow", I also asked if he could e-mail me the tracking number, but he was not at the right computer for that.
today and tomorrow went by and no delivery, another call, and I was told the same thing, " you should have it today or tomorrow", Again I asked for the tracking number to be sent, but it never was. (and I checked my spam box too)
Am I expecting too much? I know I'm not a major corporation like CVS or WallGreens, but I must say that at this time, I'm quite disappointed..
If I have the tracking number, I know what's going on, I don't have to wonder if my neighbor stole it etc.

I finally spoke to Johnny in the warehouse, Mac hasn't replied to my e-mail yet.
I placed the order on the 7th, but it wasn't shipped until the 12th, I think that's why I wasn't getting the tracking number.
I finally got the tracking number so I should have things either today or tomorrow.

Five mins after my last post, the UPS truck showed up.
Of course I'm missing the "Beanie"
I guess what's frustrating about this whole thing: these products are available at the store, but I did the online thing to support this site and figured I'd get the Beanie out of the deal too... but the process is quite frustrating.
