Hi KG,
Yup healing nicely, look forward to reading your updates!

I went on a 20 mile ride today to work on cadence and hill climbs....feeling pretty good on this road bike. Here is a pic of the stead....some riders are 1/4 horses...I am in the Clydesdale class :)

Nice bike.  20 miles and hill climbs, sounds pretty intense.  Sure you're not a thoroughbred?

Ty: That's some good mileage you are pushing there mate!  O0

I'm not sure if I am on track for hitting my target weight, I think it is going to have to be a big week next week to hit it, but I am keen as mustard, I am currently about 6 lbs off... and I have been known to do 5lbs in a week if I really knuckle down and try! So we will see   ;D

The shoulder keeps getting stronger every week, which is good  O0

But, I have broken my PB a few times this month on the rowing machine, which is excellent, I've only had 1 or 2 rows over the 9min mark in what almost 3 weeks now, so I am pretty happy with that!

Hey Beard- congrats on the PB! That's what it's all about, I will probably land a pound or so shy of my target weight but hay still having fun.
