I think my issue has been posted up by others.  I have the 'hot dog' roll on the back of my neck, so I have to break out the straight razor  to get into the crease, and shave off the remaining stubble.

+1 on that too.

Since I can't see it (and it doesn't seem too obvious for the public spectators) I don't worry too much about it.

Right side just above right ear, seems like it takes forever to get it smooth no matter what direction I go.

One always learns something new.  Didn't know it was called a "hot dog roll."  My mom is the only one who truly can't stand my bald head, but she tells me it's not the bald head so much that she dislikes, it's the hot dog roll.

The hardest parts for me to get smooth are the sides of my head near the crown.  I usually have to settle for a little sandpaper.

Hey Mel-my trouble spot is the right side along the crown about 3 inches above ear...dang hair grows in a million different directions right there!

Top rear for me. I have two small shallow dimples that almost feel like a pair of parenthesis. I usually have to make several passes before they're stubble free.

Thought I was the only one with those bumps! the area in between is so annoying. But generally I find the whole top back takes a lot of going over in all directions.

the top of my head, where the hair goes all the ways.

The top of my dome where I have a small indentation is the area that gives me a lot of challenge when shaving. Hair grows in different directions in that part of my head.

For me it's a spot on each side of the back of the head at the base where it meets up with the neck (nape?). Seems the grain grows every which way, so no matter how many passes and in all directions, it still is not smooth.

There's like a 3 inch strip on the crown that has hair growing in all directions that WAS a problem until I started using a DE razor.  I usually do 3 or 4 passes there ATG, WTG, and XTG and it's as smooth as everywhere else now.  Also, like Skram, on each side of the back of the neck.

I have scars from surgeries and other things so the back of my head isn't easy to get a perfect shave on.
