The "referral credit" isn't shown until the final order confirmation page, just before you submit.
All the walgreens around me have it in stock, though I don't know the in store price.
Look also at walgreens.com. They've got it for 9.99 and if you like HeadSlick (which I really do) they have that for 6.99 versus 8.97 at headblade.com (and even higher on Amazon last I checked).
I didn't have any difficulty pulling together an order for $25 to get free shipping.
