Let me introduce myself........

My name is Ryan. I am 17, and am going to school to become a Chef. My future plans are, one, to become a Chef, and two, someday open my own restaurant. I love to cook, and create new recipes, also, making changes to old classics. I am in the process of making my own cookbook, although I have not got a lot started on it yet, but hopefully, I can finish it, and maybe publish it in the near future.

Ryan, whats up? Welcome to the site bro, and thats an awesome goal. My wifey and I love cooking and making a cookbook is a great idea...I hope you reach your goal.

that's why we're all bald and sly, right...life's too short not to do what WE WANT, sly is the only way to go!  O0

You look great, hope your likeing the sly look.

Check out The Barefoot Contessa on the food channel. She is a chef, owned her own store, and now writes zillions of cookbooks. She really is fun to watch, seems like she is loving what she does. Good luck.
