For a good laugh: 5 years ago, with a mop on my head :D
« on: June 06, 2012, 02:01:03 PM »
Hey guys,

I was just going through pictures from when I was about 20 years old. Back then I still had all of my hair and it was shoulder length. Let's say... it looked better in my head than it did in the actual pictures. Judging from my hair colour in the pictures, I guess it was just after I dyed my hair red and because it turned out horrendous, I dyed it black a couple of days later.

Of course I wanted to share this fun with you all since it looked so ridiculous  :*))

(and forgive me for my horrendous fashion style)

That's quite a change! I was the same, long hair was 'cool'

I think we've all done things which, in hindsight, we possibly would not do again. (Not as strong as 'regret' but perhaps there were other, ah, options.)

Thanks for sharing your old photo Kdusk, let me say "not bad at all". You have a good hair on your head and had fun with different choices, of course, bald is the best choice. Always.

You look good both ways.

As far as your fashion style your look is like a lot of my friends'   O0

I remember as a teen I did not like the 'light and fluffy' hair following a shampoo, so I'd only shampoo on the weekends. With very oily skin, my hair was yucky oily pasted down all week long! Looking back, I can't imagine that I did that. It must have looked awful.

Bald suits you well, sir.

Heya guys, thanks for the nice comments. At that time I loved my hair, but Mother Nature clearly had different plans for me (I think I'm headed for a Norwood 5-6 in the next 5 years). Most definitely going to stick with the sly. No more bad hair days (which occurred more than good hair days), clearer skin and in general a cleaner look IMO.

You do look good both ways. I had a similar look in high school but my hair was parted down the middle and I had a mustache. Combine that with my complexion and a lot of people thought I was Puerto Rican. I can't count the number of times complete strangers came up tome and started talking to me in Spanish.
Hair is over rated.

It looked good KDusk. Reminded me of myself in the "old days" when I was a heavy metal maniac.
