Any non bleaching ointment for back of head?
« on: May 05, 2012, 09:56:07 PM »
Hey guys...new sly member here. I've been loving the fusion and mach3 shaves on the dome and I've been trying the HB on and off every 3rd or 4th shave . I like the way it cuts but I have a lot more control when using a standard razor.  What I did notice though....after the HB, TONS of razor bumps on the back of the head that I never got before when using regular razors. It could  e coincidence that I got them as soon as I used the HB so I'm going to park it for a few weeks to see if it goes away.

My question is do you guys know of any non bleaching formulas for the bumps and Ingrowns on the back of the head?

I use a product called bump patrol on my face and it's great but it bleaches the hell out of my pillow covers so I have to wash it out at night....is there something similar or a good remedy for the back of the head without having the wife want to cut my penis off for bleaching the expensive pillow covers ? Long post right ? Sorry about that :)

Try Bump Stopper/Bump Stopper 2 from Walgreens. A suggestion to prevent bumps in the future...Invest in some witch hazel instead of alcohol and also make sure you wash your scalp with cold water/ice cubes after every shave.
Even when the d is removed, the devil is still evil.

Thanks. Appreciate it. I'll have to look to see if it has ingredients that will bleach my pillows and clothing

I got bump stopper 2 and I love it. Won't bleach sheets like bump patrol does. Some users said they don't feel a burn when using bump stopper and I definitely feel the burn.

Maybe they bought a tube that wasn't airtight and some of the solution dried out ?? Not sure but I love it
