Me too. I buy coconut oil in bulk, because I love cooking with it. This is definitely worth a go.
Finally did it this morning. Actually used coconut oil by itself to shave. Nothing else. It wasn't a bad experience at all. It felt like there was a bit of irritation compared to using my regular shaving cream, but only at the time (not afterwards), and I'm talking a negligible amount.
It has certainly left my skin feeling awesome, and the shave is just as close, if not closer. Not to mention it's REALLY good for your skin. I believe I will try it again tomorrow. I need to get a pump dispenser, though. Pouring it in your hand and applying it to your scalp can get messy.
