Cure for baldness...would you take this?

You hear about these things all the time and they are never the real deal.  However, it seems feasible that MPB may one day be cured through some pill or lotion.  I just read this article today...

I am just curious, let's say this one does pan out.  And there is a lotion on the market at a reasonable cost you can rub on your scalp and it will stimulate the growth of all your lost hairs....would you take it?  or are you happy with the sly look and would not spend your money on something like that?

There have been a number of "would you take a cure topics" posted here, and for me the answer is always the same. No way in hell.

I'm free from the tyranny of hair. Why would I go back? I hated my hair when I had it, and am perfectly happy being free of it.

I agree BUT (and this is a big but!) the main reason that I would not use this product is that I am absolutely certain that there will be horrifying side effects like there are with just about everything else that the FDA allows to come through the gates of hell and be unleashed on the public.
I have never felt self-conscious about my appearance since going sly or concerned myself with anyone else' opinion. But there must be a significant percentage of the public that worries about what the guy next to them thinks and that, after all, is why things like Rogaine and The Hair Club exist in the first place, isn't it?

Two words that are used concerning the "discovery" make me pause--#1 "cure"--if it doesn't disable me what needs to be "cured?" and #2 "drug"--every drug, every last one, has side effects, so what are they and why would I use a drug with even a minimal side effect when I have found a solution to my horseshoe that has absolutely no side effects.  Just makes me wonder .

If I wanted a cure for baldness, I'd sign up to the hairdressing and comb-over forum.
