Your existing hair is sufficiently short that shaving it bald won't LOOK that much different. I will feel different (in a very nice way).

You'll wonder why you agonized over the decision. Just shave it bald.  It puts a smile on your face and a confidence in your personality. 

You'll look great sporting a sly head.

Thanks for all your posts and words of wisdom . I still haven't decided to shave it all off just yet though. Coincidentally I did shave up to 0.4mm, it was supposed to be 4mm but I made a mistake with the setting. I'll try get a picture up, I am quite happy with it for now!

... for several weeks I clippered unguarded. When I shaved clean, scarcely anyone noticed. The only person who really noticed was me. A great smooth head and new confidence. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
