Why do I keep going back and forth - Because I can. I view sly as just another hair style. When I'm tired of it I moveon whether that be cutting it into a mohawk, growing it out, or shaving it sly - I like them all and dont want to be pinned down to one style. I know not everyone has a choice, but while I still have one - I like that I can.
