Welcome aboard. It looks great. Get some witch hazel and rub it on your head after you shave. Follow it up with some aloe vera and you're good to go.
Give it a good 30 days to see how you like it.

You look fine, takes a bit of time to establish a routine in shaving and for your skin to adjust. Just keep after it.

Looks like you got the sly look with some facial stubble. Just take time experimenting plus excellent advice from this site and try the 30 sly days. Looking good thus far !

Well done, mate. You did a great job & the look suits you well. Keep it smooth.
Using a defoliation scrub wash on your scalp before shaving, I find, helps a lot as it gets rid of dirt & dead skin cells. Use witch-hazel or similar after the shave also helps soothe the scalp.
Hope this advice is useful to you.

Welcome Kangu,
Great sly look for you. Keep it up. Go for the 30 day sly trial. Shave every day. At the end of the 30 day trial, reckon you'll probably want to stay sly.
Your scalp with toughen up and the irritation will reduce over the weeks. Like Bilko1 said, use an exfoliator before shaving. It works for me too. And you get a smoother finish, too.
