32 degress is very cold while riding. I've done it but try to avoid the bike if it's going to remain that cold.

One of the nicer things about Central Texas is that it's riding weather all year 'round.
Back when I lived in New England, I had a full-body suit that I'd wear when riding in the colder weather (see photo below). I think I still have it in storage somewhere.

the nature seems to have a nice course in Romania. Especially in my area.
Sunny weather all day long after an extremly rough winter with meters of snow and -30 degrees Celsius.

I wear insulated Carhart coveralls and a parka when the temp gets cooler. I ride the 5 miles to work down to about 20 degrees. Leather insulated gloves and a scarf. Keeps me toasty for that short ride.

I took my Bike in for a recall notice about a month ago. It was 18 degrees when I pulled out of the garage. It was damn cold for those 13 miles to the dealer.
