Here in the NW, the rain is cold in the winter. But in '05, I was in Miami on a business trip and was caught in a thunderstorm and it was 85 outside. But I have to say that it felt good on the dome. When I was caught in the thunderstorm, I was on my way to a restaurant and was soaked. But the waiter offered my paper towels to wipe off and I replied, "you didn't need to, my hair didn't get messed up!" We both just laughed!
