The Hangover, Part 2.
« on: December 20, 2011, 09:00:22 PM »
I just got done watching this film on dvd. I feel like I need a shower.
A tale of drunken debauchery in a faraway land that turns out almost tragic. I have never seen a more vile, disgusting and horrifying venture into the dark side. Everything taudry and filthy about the human race was held up for closer examination and then the director and the actors went one step beyond.
This movie is certain to be a classic. I loved it.

My buddy and I watched it on our way back from Orlando a couple weeks ago.  We were laughing so hard we were crying!  Then we looked around an say that everyone around us started watching it also.   The movie is CLASSIC!!  I think it was even better than the first.

Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

I thought it was not nearly as good as the first................fairly predictable. I was hoping it would be better.

I finally saw it yesterday, and I have to admit that although the sequel follows the same plot as the first, I find this film funnier. I find Zach Galifianakis funnier here.

I feel the same way.  It was just so predictable.  The movie had its moments, but I just didn't find it as memorable and fresh as the original.  I should've waited for the DVD instead of going to see it in theater.
