Site improvements for 2012

At the top of the screen, to the right of SLY BALD GUYS FORUM you should see the following links to help you do exactly what you want to do:
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.

Is there anyway to add a "new response to your quote or response" taking you directly to the part of the thread it may pertain?
