 O0 Welcome, Dementor. As Mikesj mentioned, you've saved yourself a pile of grief by embracing the sly style at this time. My daughter was also "cool" about my going sly, in November 2006, but has now completely turned around. It takes a bit of time and a reorientation to the future, rather than a nostalgia for the past. And this is the era to adopt the slick dome. Once Katie noted how many men, of every age from late adolescence through their sixties, were shaving their head in Hollywood, where she works, she became comfortable with dad's new look.
