If you leave from Halifax, you have to go to the long wharf in NY in order to get into the ocean. I guess there's no ocean access at Halifax...
PS. why is line 23 "turn right at long wharf" funnier than line 24 "swim across Atlantic ocean"

(you know you make the turn and drive into the water)
