Ever had this happen to a Headblade razor?
« on: October 03, 2012, 06:33:01 AM »
I swear there was no thin spots on the wear strip before I started.( I normally check) as I was shaving I felt something like small balls in the areas I was checking by hand after a pass. After I finished, I rinsed off the razor and saw this. I've been using headblades for a little over 4 years and this is a first.

No! Otherwise it was a perfect shave, that's what's weird. The blade was only 3 or 4 days old! I change them about every week.

I don't use HB blades but I don't think I've had that happen with any carts. I've used.
Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

Have not had this happen to this extent but have noticed that the wear can happen sometimes within 3 days of replacement. I usually change the cartridge once a week if not the shave is very rough. I'll post if it happens though.

I've not had that happen to a head blade 'blade'.  I change mine weekly.

Never had that happen on any other blade style either.
