I recommend to buzz it really short. So you get a good impression if it suits you. I think it will.

Agree; do the no-guard buzz; as short as possible.  If you like the look, then get out the razor and the gel and GO FOR IT!  I think you'll REALLY like the result  O0

What they said...

 - Cap'n Noodles -

If you would like to see what you would look like bald BEFORE the clippers (or razor) ever touches your melon, you could always check this site out  --> http://home.comcast.net/~vbbspot/site/?/home/

The site below offers a FREE Virtual Head Shave also --> ( multiple photos-stubble version, goatee version, etc for a small fee) ---> http://virtualheadshave.baldlygo.com/Virtual_HeadShave_free.htm

... But I do agree with the others... I think the SLY look would fit you like a glove!

IMO, I would say just do it, but therein lies the possibility of a shock value for family and friends. If the reaction from family, friends, or co-workers is a concern, do the no guard clipper buzz (as suggested above), let those around you get accustomed to your new look for a few weeks, then "go for the gusto"!

Diddo!!  Thats what I did.  No guard clipper cut everyday.  Then took the plunge and shaved.  You get used to the look and everyone you associate with gets used to the look as well.  When you finally shave, it won't be a big deal.

If you're asking the question, then you should give it a try.

You have two options: either you clip your hair shorter and shorter over a few day period, until you are down to stubble; that way you get used to the look and you can then consider shaving your head. Or you just do it in one step (clippers with no guard then razor). Personnally I would opt for option 2. Why? Because, if you start with a buzzed cut, you may never take the final step. I would say, go for it! Shave your head bald and keep it smooth for 30 days, then decide if you like it or not. Don't forget to keep us posted and to post pictures of your new bald head.  8)

I agree with Razor. If you're thinking about it, you may as well do it. It's a natural progression, and once you buzz it down to a zero guard, most people consider your head shaved anyway. Give it a shot.

I reckon if you've got a #2 buzz-cut already, then you will definitely suit a baldy.
Go for it mate. You will not regret it & the gal's will love it !

Good call Jon
