• As usual I got into my car to head home from work.  It was snowing and getting quite cold.  I noticed an elderly man walking past my car.  What struck me strange was the fact that he had no coat or hat and was getting wet and cold. 
  
  I have a couple very nice Walls work coats so I never hesitated to get out of my car and took off my coat and gave it to him.  He seemed very surprised and thanked me. 
  
  As I got back into my car I heard the electronic chirp of a vehicle alarm system being disarmed.  Across the street from where I was parked, to my disbelief as well as my amazement, that same elderly gentleman who I thought I had helped a few seconds earlier got into his Cadillac Escalade and drove off.

• You have to sit back and just laugh at that.... some people tend to be like that.... But I'm sure, since you gave it with a sincere heart, it'll be returned to you 10 fold... But you have to admit, it's kinda funny....

• After having supper and working on priming  our living room I've realized things happen for a reason.  My wife and I are not wealthy, but we do believe in helping others and try to do the kind and right things.  Sometimes the end result can be quite strange.  That is one of the many reasons why life in our small town is different, but very cool.

• The LORD looks at your heart and unconditional love doesn't care if the guy was poor or rich.  Hopefully your sincere gift will be used in a mighty way in this man's life... I'm betting it already has!  Well done bro!

• Don't let the ungratefullness of those you help to deter you. You did the right thing and helped your fellow man....wat was in your heart far outweighs what he did.
