ive only been bald for 2 days, lol, however, the advantages are, when i wake up to go to work, my hair isnt greasy, its never all over the place, and feels nice to have air to the head!
live in the uk though, and at the moment, its horrible and cold, and miss hair for the warmth! pleased im bald now though :)

3. The look, a sly dome looks better than any hair style
2. The feel, there is nothing like shaving in the morning, then running my hand across the smooth surface
1. Head rubs, they feel great. My wife loves to come up and just rub it or kiss it

for me, its not having to worry about how my hair, or lack of hair, looks. it always looks the same and theres no need to style.
