Obviously late on this, but thought I'd share mine:

Michael Jordan, The Rock, David Dramain(sp?), Jason Statham, Shaq, Sean Connery, Andre Agassi, Kelly Slater, Tyrese Gibson, Common, DMX (I know I repeated some but I agree)

My celebrity inspirations are Yul Brynner, Chris Daughtry, Pitbull, Bruce Willis and Tyson Bedford. (There are still others but these guys are the first ones I can recall)

Yul Brynner was also my very first inspiration. He was the pioneer of gorgeous looking bald shaved men!! And now it is Mr. Kalbo!!!!

Terry O'Quinn - you know, Locke, from Lost
Patrick Stewart
Bruce Willis

O'Quinn/Locke and Stewart convey intelligence, depth, strength and leadership.  I value and aspire to these qualities.

And Bruce Willis always looks like a bad@ss.

Ironically, none of my favorite bald guys have beards.  I guess the bald, bearded look isn't much in demand in Hollywood.  Meh.  They'll come around.  Maybe.

Isaac Hayes would be at the top of my bald/bearded list...it is becoming a little more common nowadays, however.

Bruce willis is a boss, Jude Law recently began embracing his baldness and still could get all of the ladies (though I know stardom makes this irrelevant).

@Bald Guy
"Shaving your balding head is like breaking up with someone before he or she can break up with you. Or like marching into your boss’s office and saying: 'You can’t fire me. I quit.'"

An awesome analogy. Thanks for the article.

This is kind of funny, but a really awesome game (Max Payne 3) just came out and half way through the main character goes sly. Totally awesome.

I agree. I love how it got the fanboys raging. I love his new look, it's very Bruce Willis.

BTW, since shaving my head, my Spanish friends have given me the nickname 'Guardiola' after the (now former) football/soccer coach and manager of Barcelona. We don't look much alike (given he is almost twice my age, Spanish and buzzed instead of sly), but it sure is fun to be nicknamed after one of their heroes. BTW, if you ever watch a Madrid-Barca game with Spanish people... GTFO as fast as possible because things turn ugly fast.  :/O

This one may seem odd, but I don't feel I have a bald celeb idol. The one who influenced me the most was my friend (whom interestingly, even my sister commented on how we could pass off as brothers.) In terms of celebrities, I would probably say Stu G from Delirious (I've always felt that he looked awesome,) and Grant Morrison (I just like his style of fashion and writing.)
Once upon a time. The End.

Devin Townsend. IMO, a very talented and underrated musician, who has released material ranging from extreme metal to ambient/new age for the past 18 years or so. He dealt with intense personal demons and came out on top. He also happens to be hilarious.
He rocked a "skullet" for most of the last decade, then finally shaved it all off when he quit drinking and drug use. I still need to go see him perform live.
