DAY 30!

Day 30 is coming to an end!  I have noticed that there's MUCH less iritation on the back of my neck (hardly any now), shaving is quicker, and I'm getting better results every time!  I started with the headblade sport but upgraded to the headblade S4 shaddow -- LOVE that razor!  it's the perfect weight and I love the kickstand to keep the blade off the counter!

Congrats, man!

Just curious: Are you shaving with the grain? Against the grain? What are you finding to be the differences between the HB sport and the S4? How has your shaving technique evolved? Have you settled into a routine or are you still experimenting?

I'm going against the grain because I like it super smooth..  The S4 just feels so much better in the hand.. kinda like my Merkur double edge.  It just feels right.  As far as technique, start with the top, sides, then back, then check for spots that I missed.  I only nicked myself one time and that was because of my own stupidity (trying to rush).
