I'm also a member of the brewing community. A buddy and I have been brewing 5 gallon batches using extract for about a year. We've done them about once a month. We've done alot of pale ales (an IPA), a hefeweizen (probably our best batch), brown ale, honey wheat, a guiness style brew, a black porter and others to delicious results.
We'd love to do a lager at some point but lack the ability to temperature control a batch that big.
Which method do you use in All-grain. We want to switch to all-grain and have been looking at sites and youtube "how to's" and asking buddies about it.
From what I understand there are different ways to do it.
