Had to have a lie down

I went to our local supermarket yesterday to get some milk, bread etc.

I was gobsmacked when I discovered a whole aisle of Christmas chocolates/biscuits etc.

We haven't even had Halloween yet.  :px

Had to go home and lie down in a darkened room  :o

Well you know..... each company has to try and sell the first Christmas morsel of the year before anyone else. Ridiculous!!

I haven't seen any Christmas items out yet but my money is on Target being the first place I see it.

As every year - Pfefferkuchen in stores from the beginning of September. And when I'm ready to buy some they sometimes only have the leftovers... ::)

Saw Christmas decorations in Wal-Mart yesterday. And for some reason Cadbury is hawking its Easter eggs. They say there is 'another bunny' in charge of the off-season sales.
Department store Christmas catalog came out in August.

A lot of companies rely on Xmas stuff to make a profit and the way the world's economy is I'm waiting to see the big Xmas push start right after New Year's Day.

i used to love all things candy however so did my mid section once i am back in shape then i may allow for the piece every now and then but at the moment i dont even have a taste for it.
