Great site - props to the creator and those regulars who keep it going!  I've been lurking for about a week now, reading all through the topics.  Decided to join up.

No real pic of me yet as I haven't taken the plunge and gone Sly like you brave fellows.  But the time is coming.  My MPB had to be the most horrid pattern of the lot whereby I've receded and gone thin on my scalp, which is fast resulting in an island of hair appearing on my forehead.

Gonna clean up my diet and lose some weight, so I get nice, clean and smooth skin first, then it's Sly time! b@n*

Not making excuses, but I'm away from home visiting the family at the minute. Got no means to take a pic, but when I return home tomorrow night, I shall get one up.

For now, one of the Gods of Sly - Michael Chiklis, will have to suffice!  :)

Wow, what an overwhelmingly warm welcome. I appreciate it very much, (Sly) gentlemen  O0

As for if I've shaved it yet...  I do indeed regularly buzz it down with no guard, but it's getting to the point now where my MPB shadow looks ridiculous, even when freshly buzzed, and the next step is Sly!

On top of that, I'm fed up of having to hold the clippers and accidentally digging them into my scalp as I try to get an even cut. 

I figure a headblade or even just a normal Gillette will be a much more comfortable process.

Just got home from my trip, so pics incoming tomorrow!
