It does suck when someone does this knowing going in that they can't afford the mortgage. However, like GAslicks post....sometimes the unforseen can happen and people gotta do what they gotta do. Better to walk away than go rob a bank to make your house note.

PS. GAslick.....you have every right to file for unemployment while you look for a new job. Thats what it is designed for man. No shame in a little help keeping yourself afloat until you can get back in the boat. It's those that like to just hang out and float around in the water all day that suck.
