OUCH!
Nice pics..!!
Sorta glad I don't use the headblade, as I'm quite heavy handed...
Ya, can still get nice cuts tho. I was shaving one time and the skin somehow got caught inbetween the blades and pulled the skin up with it. Left two nice slices kinda looked like a cat scratched my head after it got done bleeding.

I decided to try this Nivea Shower, Shampoo, Shave stuff that I saw at Wally's. This stuff is really slick. I got the blade moving somewhat faster than normal so when it caught skin it just kept going. When I looked at the blade after the cut the skin was stuck in it. But I think it was the speed at which the blade was moving that allowed for so much skin removal. Had I been using HB HeadSlick it might have been just a cut.

I know these accidents too
.
It's the combination oft high speed and low sharp blades.
I learned some blades want to eat your skin and drink your blood. Blades who do so are immediately changed!

Ouch, buddha! Nothing worse than taking some skin off the top. How long have you been using HeadBlade? You're probably right about speed being a factor. And if you have uneven areas on the top of your head, you might have put too much pressure down in an awkward place. I've been a HeadBlader for just about 6 years, and have nicked myself 4-5 times. I notice it happens when I use a different shave cream than I'm used to - my shaving pressure tends to change for some reason.
If you ever have any questions for us, feel free to email admin@headblade.com or call 877.427.2067 - we'll be happy to help you with any product issues.

@ Eric: It's not the fauly of the HeadBlade. I got over-confident in my ability and started going really fast. That, I think was the root of the problem. I've been using it 7-8 years with very few problems.
@ Tyler: Where did you get the pictures of my razor?
@ Koz: I woulda stopped by my brakes went out.

I was at the deli today and the lady sliced off some pastrami....held it up and asked "This thin enough for ya?" I thought of this thread!
Sorry Buddha.....heal quick and watch that spot for the next few days while you shave.

I will never view a pastrami sandwich in the same light again
