Bravo Zulu!  Keep up the good work.  It is alarming how out of shape we are as a nation and it makes me feel good when I see folks reversing that trend.

Good work Vash!, keep it up. Sounds like you've got a good routine going on. It's said to be better to lose the weight slow and steady. You can see the difference.   O0

Well, the wedding is this Saturday evening and while I didn't reach my goal of 200lbs. I am down to 215. I'm wearing size 36 jeans and need a belt. I am back into large shirts. I am comfortable at this size and feel pretty good about the weight I've lost. I'll try to get time tonight to post a final picture of my wedding weightloss.

Thanks for the input and support, gentlemen.

Wedding Saturday, off to Hawaii on Monday. Feeling pretty good.  :@`
