Welcome to Sly Bald Guys, Mike.  Give the razor a try at least once!  ^-^

Aloha Mike,

Welcome  aboard...I believe BALDANDRE is right-the head a pretty tough 'ole noggin as compared to sosme other skin spots on the body. You might give it a try for 30 days which is the SLY Test, if it doesn't work go back to your Wahl.

I know im not sly, but im not sure i'll ever do that as my skin is ultra sensitive whenever i shave any part of my body so i'll stick to clippers.
You know Mike, I was hessitant about putting a razor to my head because my face is very sensitive to shaving. When I gave my head it's first shave, I was certain my head would be irritated. But that was not the case. I suggest you give your head at least one round of shaving, with and NOT against the grain. You may be pleasantly suprised at the outcome. You won't know if you don't give it a try.

Welcome to the SBG forum Jazz. Good to have you join us.

Try a blade shave, you will definitely love it. Just remember to go slow and easy, you don't need to push on the blades, let them do their work and you'll be fine. The dome will become accustomed to the blade.

Howdy Mike.  you got a good head.  If I were you I'd just do it.  Go sly.  there is a lot of advice here on how to deal with different kind of skin when you shave.  We're there for buddy!

A little late here with a welcome Mike-- yes, you do have the head shape for the total sly look.  When you're ready, give it a try.

I did the #1 buzz for a while but it only works for so long. Even with sensitive skin you can start shaving your head might not like it at first but it will toughen up. You should give sly a shot just to see how you like it before you decide not to do it :)

welcome btw
