Yeah, I would say that it was the full spa treatment (hot towels, pre-shave treatment, etc).  Vegas has places in the casinos that charge that much.  But you are getting a certified professional that has been trained with a straight.  He could probably lay down the science of what he was doing and why.  That's why it took an hour

Wow.  $95 is way above what I'd be willing to pay for a head shave.  I never even close to that much when I had a full head of hair to cut.   

Same here Razor. I can do a better job myself, for a fraction of the cost!

After the shave he  oiled my smooth  dome and gave me a wonderful head rub
