From my anecotal experience - campuses are changing -- more older students = more sly = more acceptance

When I went back to school in 1998, I was sly....even then it wasn't a big deal on campus....made lots of friends, never had any trouble finding jobs, and it wasn't uncommon. 12 years later, there's even more acceptance! :)

College is a great time to show up with a new look. Nobody knows you from before, so you won't get any reactions. At the beginning of college nobody knows anybody, and people are just concerned with meeting people and making friends.

I'd say this is the perfect time for you to go sly. Try it out through the summer and keep it for college.

Go ahead and shave it.  You're almost there and it really isn't that much difference.  Nobody is going to react to it at all, especially if they don't know you.  As for the lady's, most love the look and feel of a bald head.  I haven't had any problems with any body not liking it.  Beside it will grow back.  But I bet you'll like it.

Congrats on graduating!  Like graduating changes your life and you see that you have accomplished something, so will the sly look.  It changes your attitude about you and others around you.  It IS a major accomplishment (not everyone does it.  Many go the other way with combovers, drugs, rugs,  plugs.)  Recognizing what you want and going for it.  That's the Sly manly way!   O0
