I think Raiden would be a cool name for the way the dog looks.

I agree with Tyler here bro.  If I'm seeing things right, and it's not just the way the shot was taken, it looks like the pup has very bright blue eyes.  Raiden would be awesome.

Loki is cool because of the mischief dogs seem to be able to seek out.  If he is a black lab, anything that ties into that Province?

I think he looks like a Brutus....hahaha

1. brutus

Someone who is a Brutus is a very good friend who gives you the screw job. This is derived from Julius Caesar's best friend. His best friend Brutus was the last person to stab the dictator Julius Caesar's last words were "Et Tu, Brute?" which means "You too Brutus?"

If he is a lab.....PUT YOUR SHOES IN THE CLOSET....because he will chew them!!!!

If he's not a lab....PUT YOUR SHOES IN THE CLOSE......He will chew them!!!

Anyway I'm pulling for Raiden or Loki.

However i think the eyes will darken up within the next little while.

I know you are getting tired of hearing about my new pup however
Loki got knocked out of the running, my girlfriend hated it (this is comming from a person that if she married me her name would be Jack{ie} Frost)

So the names we have is
Raiden (thunderbolt in Japanese)
Cayden (Gaelic for spirit of Battle)

anyone have any other ideas or votes?

we named him cayden, we got him saturday what a sweet pup.... such a sweet pup..... I love him so much it's crazy don't know how we lived with out him before.....

took him to the vet, he's healthy, 8.9 lbs at 5.5 weeks old vert very impressed with his weight and behaviour, he didn't wine during the Needle and loved the heart worm medicine....

And Cayden is a very suiting name.... He's relentless and going to be tough as nails.
