Having problems/ pic gallery

Tyler, I wanted to see if you or anyone else out there could help me out with the gallery.  I've been trying to submit pics for a while now and I keep getting rejected by it.  It keeps stating "picture not approved."  I've resized every picture that I have tried to a web size photo.  One of which was only around 10kb.  What am I doing wrong?

The pics have to be approved by me or a moderator. I'm writing this  on my phone so I can't approve them.  A moderator can do it when they login.

I just went into the gallery and didn't see any submitted by you... try again and I'll approve them.
