OK, so like, what is the purpose for eye brows?  :/O Other that gooping up the tops of my Ray Bans, don't they keep some of the sweat out of your eyes?  ??? Don't you "need" them?   :o

They serve the same purpose as the hair on your head does.

I've been shaving my eyebrows for 7 weeks now, and decided to stick to it.
Actually I needed more time to get used to the new look than it was the case when I went sly, but now I'm loving it. As it has been mentioned before, it also makes for far less grease on the glasses.
So it's official: I've changed my status to BBBBC - bald bearded browless by choice.
Some guys here have already complimented me for the look. Thanks again! I wouldn't have done it without SBG. :)

Wow! I probably wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't mentioned this. I never thought about it. I have noticed my eyebrows starting to be like my late father's, they are starting to thin out and some of the follicles grow thicker and wild. It irritates me. All I can do is pull them out. Can't trim them or they just stick out.  ^-^

Noggin ....... being you wear glasses shaving your brows is not that noticeable. But without glasses I think it would be. Also as we age those hairs do have a mind of their own as referenced by ...J B Good.

Amen, if I don't hit them w/ a #3 every month or so, it's a new root bed for a combover!

Like Saintc I usually trim mine with a #3.  Curiosity took the best of last month and I went with a #1. Didn't look awful but it did change my appearance.  It took about 3 weeks to grow back to normal.

Going without eyebrows is a little too alien for me. I'm keeping mine. They keep sweat out of your eyes and might even capture dirt or dust, though your eyelashes are much more effective at that.

I think people look like they have a stronger character or more vigor or something with darker eyebrows, so I sometimes use my Just for Men -Beard -Medium Brown on the suckers. Otherwise, they just look washed out.. which looks old, IMO.   (And yeah, I used to have facial hair, but I like it better without -too much grey coming in now)
Hair today.. gone tomorrow!  (sorry)

Thanks!
I've had the small one last year (tried Just for men when the pictures were taken that's why it looks so dark). Then no beard for some time, now back with the new style. Not sure yet which one is better.

Noggin,

I think you look great with or without eye brows, but I like the goatee best.  My eyebrows are very light so no need for me to shave them.  Whoopi Goldberg doesn't have eyebrows

Now that you mention it... I've never noticed that. :o

Here's an example of the exact opposite:

(former Federal Minister of Finance Theo Waigel)

Impressive, isn't it?  ::)
