Number of shaves with HB triple blade

I have the HeadBlade Sport with the HeadBlade triple blades. On the last change to a new blade I kept track of how many shaves I got. I got 9 very close shaves, shaving everyday and shaving with and against the grain. All shaves were after showering. The 9th shave took longer because the blade felt dull. All in all, I think this is pretty good blade life. I have MPB, but the hair on the sides and back of my head is very thick and coarse.

Has anyone else kept track of how many shaves you get per blade?

i havent kept track to much..but i get about 2 weeks of shaving off one blade...i've been sly for over 3 months now and still using the same first headslick and headshed bottles...bout time to order some more headshed though...

That's really good.  I can only get about 3 shaves out of the triples.  I get 7 shaves out of my Sensor blades.

I gave the trips a try once and didn't care too much for them.  It seemed liked they would drag too much and wouldn't last too long.  I get a week or more some times out of generic atra blades.  I was buying a 15 pack for $5 at my local stores but a while back I found a 10 pack at Wal-Mart for only a little over $2.  I think the brand was called Personna.

I generally get a week or a little more out of the HB trips.  But I only use them on the dome, use fusion on my face.

I've just gone by feel so far. When the blade starts to feel dull and nicky, I change it out. I think thats about 3 or 4 days out of a generic Atra balde.

I'm jumping in here even though I don't like or uses the HB Trips...

I use the Atra Plus blades on my HB Sporty and keep the blade on Friday to Thursday... some weeks I shave every day, some weeks I shave every other day.  In either case, the Atra Plus blades give a good close shave, but I find if I shave every other day, the shave isn't quite as comfortable on the last day.

I get about 15 shaves(or more) with the trips...once again, finally a blessing to have very thin hair.

Just got the HB Sport this past weekend, but have used it three times so far, I do think it will last longer than the Fusion that I will still use, due to the fact, it will only be used to shave my noggin..., but I keep a journal of sorts to see how long it will last.
