The Shining Skull. Or El Craneo Luminoso (Spanish).

My head is unusually large.  I wear a size 8 hat even with a completely shaved head.  The circumference of my head is like 25" Therefore, I call it the Big Sexy.   :@`  When I wasn't sly, I would have thought that was vanity.  Now that I am sly, I think that is confidence.  Rock on Sly Look.   O0

Trust me it isn't easy.  I recently found a dress felt hat at Dillards that fit nicely.  It was the only XXL they had.  I have tried some on at Joseph A Bank that were just a shade tight.  However, I think I could have worn them.

I do wear some MLB team hats.  I order those from places like Star Struck or MLB.com.

I measured mine again and it is 25 1/4".  I guess it could be called the Shiny Watermelon.   :*))

The Bay, here in the great white north has hats that big occasionally.

Ha! You beat me to it, I was going to start a thread like this.

Ok we have "Melon," "Cue Ball," "Scraped Grape," "Peeled Onion," "The Shining Skull. Or El Craneo Luminoso," (Woo, biligual even!)
"The Big Sexy" and "The Dome, AKA: Chrome Dome"

I thought of this the other day: "Ten Pin." or how about "Skin Lid?"
Mother nature only created so many perfect heads, the rest she covered in hair...

I (obviously) use dome.  Occasionally noggin if I want a goofier sounding word.

To paraphrase (and then some)

Melon
Cantaloupe
Gourd
(Scraped) Grape
Egg
"Shiny" Skull
(Titanium) Cranium
(Chrome) Dome
Noggin
Nugget
Egg
Cue Ball
Pate
Peeled Onion
Scalp

I like "Nugget" or Skull myself..  ;)
