Hey guys! I'm relatively new here (been lurking for a couple of weeks) and finally decided to chime in and introduce myself. Found the site while searching for info about shaving my dome and have enjoyed reading your posts and soaking up all of your knowledge.  I guess I should start with what led me here.

I've been losing my hair for probably 10 years or more and it never has really bothered me. I always felt that it's just one of those things that you can't really do anything about. It is what it is, as my grandmother used to say. I also knew that the pills, creams, foams, plugs, rugs and whatever the heck else they have these days were not for me. So, I just kept it buzzed down and never really thought that much about it. Until... the bald spot. Yep, right on top of my old noggin.

The way I saw it, that left me with two options. I can rock the bald spot and wait for the inevitable horseshoe fringe look or I can shave it all off. From there it didn't take long to decide on option number 2. And the rest, as they say, is history...

I shaved it all off yesterday and couldn't be happier with the decision. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to learning/sharing as much as I can.
