With respect, this whole thread makes my blood run cold.
What, no Prince Albert for you Tom?!, lol.
I have a lot of things I could say here but I'm going to pass. OMFG...LOL
I have friends who sport piercings. If I EVER did that, it would be something in the left ear. But as for the nipples or "downstairs", I have always said that no sharp things go near those places unless medically necessary! Yikes!
I have always liked piercings but my body seems to reject them. I tried my ears when I was a teenager and a few years back another area below the waist (with the wife's approval). My piercings never seem to heal properly. I will just have to stick with tattoos.
Go for it if it will work for you.
I had my right nipple pierced last May and I'd say its pretty much healed now. I did occasionally have a problem with it snagging on clothing or blankets which made it bleed and set back the healing process. If you haven't gotten the piercing yet I highly recommend it, I love having it.
Someone mentioned PAs. I cannot recommend that. Mine was almost torn out and now there's only a tiny slip of skin holding me together.

All I can say about this is, 'somebody plays awfully rough!'

I had one nipple pierced years ago. Hurt like hell. Wore it through the pain for some time. Gave up about 8 weeks later. No more for me. I have a PA and the pain was nothing like the nipple.
