Litmus, reading your post made me smile the whole time. Youre story is just like mine, and Im so happy for you that you are able to overcome the crap that going bald so young can bring with it. Heres to saving money on hair care products and spending it all on razors!   O0

Nice story and it rings a bell with me. I wouldn't go anywhere where I couldn't wear some kind of hat or bandanna.

Awesome story! Thanks, can definately relate being 23 also, glad you found the way, I guess the most annoying thing for us younger guys is how society seems to think its weird for us to lose the hair so young when all our peers still have full heads of hair. Shaving is definately the best option, then either peopl can't tell you are balding or you show you don't care. Balding is by far worse than bald  8)

Hi guys and gals...

So I haven't been on here for along time, not since I took the plunge, but I thought I'd come back and let you guy's know how things are going on!

My life has changed completely, and I do put it down to the confidence that shaving my head gave me. I completed University and got a great mark (2:1) meeting a boat load of new life friends, and have now gone on to full time employment in retail (going to interviews pre-hair shaved was daunting with a combover, I lacked all confidence so they never went well).

But the best thing was that I proposed to my-now-fiancee and she said yes, and we're getting married next year!

Also I'm going to make a more concerted effort to post on here more often, and be part of a community that helped give me my confidence back!
