It is really hurting my mind...i cant stop thinking about what it will look like when im bald. If anyone can help please! thanks
Chill, we've all got them, but no one really notices when everything else is so beautifully smooth. Shave and live, brother

The other day I was walking down a street in Toronto. This guy in front of me
was sly and had a large bump, just like what you are talking about.
But you know what was amazing? The guy looked like he didn't care at all. He
was walking with a very attractive young lady and it didn't look like it bothered him one bit.
Also, it did not look like it bothered the young lady.

What he said

...so try it, regardless of the shape of your noggin, most find out they like the SLY look and keep it...if not, it can grow back.

So, if I am following correctly, what you're talking about is the part of the bone that sort of points out from the back of the skull. In which case we all have one and it's perfectly anatomically normal to have one. I have never heard of any body mentioning it on a bald guy, it's as normal as your nose or your chin, so nobody thinks it looks abnormal and most probably don't even notice it. So basically don't let it hold you back from shaving it off if that is what you want to do.
So, what about a guy who doesn't have one?

I know a sly guy at work who's head is straight as a board on the back of his head- from the crown to the neck!

He seems to have sufficient lady friends, but that shape! Wow!

I guess he's just weird or lucky, whichever way you like to see it.

I think that can happen when you're a baby if your parents lay you down on your back at bedtime.
