As some of you already know, I had my first shave this week, and it was a good way to test other people's reaction.
Well there were no reactions at all. People didn't even take notice that I had shaved my head. I would just say that I got even more attention from girls than I usually do, so that one was nice.
Yesterday I went to meet a friend of mine whom I hadn't seen for an entire year. I was a bit anxious so I let her know over the phone that I had lost my hair since the last time we saw each other. After a couple of hours, the topic came up and she mentionned my lack of hair, saying that it didn't make much difference with my previous look.
All in all so far, I really like how it feels and looks, and I don't really mind a slight shadow. I'm pleased to be on target with my prediction as I wasn't expecting a negative response from anyone. Only my father seems to need time to adjust but hey, he's bald too and I don't complain, damn it.

I think bald is so much in fashion these days that no one gets excited about it. They may notice the first time, with or without comment, and that is it.
