Total Shaving Solution question..

• I've read a number of comments on how good Total Shaving Solution shave oil is, and I wanted to ask everybody's thoughts on this.  Especially people who have used it and other oils as well.
  
  I'm currently using Shave Secret and have tried Pacific shave oil  Shave Secret is really good, and the Pacific oil felt awesome! 
  
  Can anyone offer an opinion comparing the various oils out there, especially any thoughts on how Total Shave Solution compares to the others?

• I just talked a little about the oil in your post about the Panasonic shaver.  Here's my 2 cents worth.
  
  My Number 1 pick:
  
  King of Shaves Kinexium (available through AmericaRX.com)  This stuff is super-slick and very economical.
  
  2.  Anthony Logistics - This is a heavy weight oil that will hold up to the speed and intensity of the Panasonic Linears.
  3.  Pacific Shaving Oil - a good oil that is really odorless.
  4.  Art of Shaving - An OK oil, but you're paying for a high-end boutique brand.  It says it's odorless, but in fact it is not.
  5.  Total Shaving Solution - I think you'll get the same quality with Shave Secret.  It's just me, but I hate the clove scent.

  I am SO with you on the clove scent.  I use shave oil when I travel and use it after I shave again instead of carrying a seperate moisturizer.  Sitting in business meetings while reaking of clove just doesn't do it for me. 
  
  So the TSS oil has a similar smell to that of the Shave Secret? I didn't know that....interesting.
  
  Thanks for the list and recommendations. You mentioned where you find the Kinexium, where to you find the Anthony Logistics oil?

• ...or if nothing else, a lot of stores have it available online through their websites.  I found it through Bath & Body Works.
  
  The Shave Secret clove scent used to really bother me too.

• I use a product put out by "One Planet" that comes in a little pump bottle. I mix 4 pumps of HeadSlick with about the same amount of the One Planet into my hand and use a brush to lather it up. I've shaved with the oil alone and I've shaved with using it first on my head then something like HeadSlick over that. I know some oils are different. This one has ollive oil in it and euculiptis and aloe. I love it. It's available at Rite Aid if you have one of those.
