Clearly you would be bald by choice. (At least it looks like you have a lot of hair from your Avatar pic.) But, it's summer. Now is the time to shave it. And my advice on the stache is to ditch it or grow a goat or full beard. Just my own personal opinion.

Shave the dome--but you knew that would be the overwhelming answer here anyway, didn't you?
On the facial hair, obviously a whole lot of sly guys do some facial hair thing. Try out some different looks, let a pretty full goat grow out--a month or two at least, then trim back to the stache to see if that's what you want or if your happy with a goat & stache at any point stick with it while you like it. If you've noticed this whole thing is about you and what feels best to you. If you're satisfied that will show through in everything else you do. Have fun, enjoy the ride, live Sly. -

My vote is:
Head - shave it. It will look much better 'clean'. IMO, the dark 1mm stubble looks dirty. If you don't like the slick, SLY look of BBC, then I would suggest a longer buzz or growing it out.
Face - some kind of facial hair. Moustache, Goatee, full beard -- whatever you like. But I've always had some type of facial hair. Reg stache, handlebar, fu-man, full beard, and now goatee. So I'm partial to facial hair.
It's all hair, and for some will always grow back... so give it a try. -

You look good with or without hair, both on the head and the face. So just about anything you do would be fine. (Except that a mustache without a beard or a goatee isn't considered stylish anymore.)

I'm with SlyintheOC. With your dark hair, it does look dirty. I say shave it nice and smooth. A far cleaner look. As far as the facial hair, again, this is a personal preference. I say a longer goat and mush.

I'm with Baldandre on this one. Shave the head and give it thirty days for you to make up your mind on how you feel about it. Shave the face while you're at it and just worry about getting the sly look down for now. Just my opinion
