I think I'm officially certified Bald by D.A.L.U.I. on 13 Jun, 2009 08:40

My work requires that I be certified to enter docks and other sensitive areas so I've had to make the TWIC application. When I came to the drop down for hair color it had bald, and I proudly used it. Can't wait for the card, it will be my first really official id as bald, I've got lots of routine picture id's from clients, but this is the first federal recognition of my sly status.
Anyone else filed for a security or other id and had the choice of "bald?" -

not here yet... I had to get a higher security clearance and I'm surprised that wasn't in the booklet of forms I had to fill out.
I DO however, have my drivers license and health card renewed now that I'm Sly... -

Yep, had to apply for a new state id card a few months ago and like you, proudly checked off the "Bald" box and submitted a new sly picture. Excitedly opened the mail to discover that while my ID SAYS "bald" they used an old drivers license photo of me with hair!!!! -
