Well,

In case you haven't noticed, I have a newer avitar taken with a friend's I-Phone.  I think it is one of my better pictures, even though it is without facial hair.  But I have decided to grow some facial hair after the 4th.  My face is just too tender.  But it has been fun!

When I went to vote, there wasn't a total Mr. Clean choice.  I actually like your new avatar picture.  Since there's no grey facial hair, it seems like you've lost many more years - looks like early 30's to me.  I would give it some time to see how you like it.  Maybe there should be a new facial hair rule like the shaved-head 30 day rule...
How is that Hopey / Changey thing working for you?

You can have my facial fur when you shave it off my cold, dead face.

The avatar Mr Clean looks great, bro: slimmer and younger looking too! O0  But I must admit I also really like the goat.

Your choice in the end. 8)

I think the clean shaven face looks good marsh. Maybe you should keep it a while. Takes years off.
I am a big fan of facial hair myself, so I know how it feels when you shave it off.
Do what feels right for you.    O0

A few years ago I shaved off my goatee just to see what I looked like without it.  I had never had a shaved face while having a shaved chin, and after finishing losing a lot of weight I think I was "hungry" to change my appearance again for a bit because I was used to seeing myself change on a weekly basis.  So I decided to shave it and keep it shaved for a week.  After shaving I noticed my chin and upper lip both looked very small.  That hair really does give the optical illusion that those parts are bigger than they are.

BTW, my goatee was the reason I realized my jawbone is not symmetrical.  I could never shave both sides in the exact same way and finally realized that the reason for this was that my jaw must not be the same on both sides.
You don't know me, but I know you.

I strongly agree, Marsh..... Shaving took "At LEAST" 10 years off your appearance... O0

As you can all see, I have now grown the beard back.  It was fun being Mr Clean.  But I have to admit that to be true to myself, I need to at least have a mustache.  But my favorite look is the full beard and shaved head.
