Alright guys...today...I made....UBER LATHER!
the products I used are.... C.O. Bigelow Premeium Shave Cream , Glycerin, Van Der Hagen Deluxe Shaving soap, a cheap brush from sally's beauty supply, and hot water....This was an AMAZING Shave for me guys...this was just for my face can't wait to try my head tomorrow

Any quality cream and soap will do, but the glycerin is a must, which is easy to get from rite aid, I got the cream from Bath and Body works and the Van Der Hagen from Wal-mart
Basically you put an almond size bit of cream in a warm bowl along with about a few drops of glycerin....then you load your brush with shave soap ( I used Van Der Hagen)
...now when you do this you don't want you brush to be too moist....because then you'll start building lather while your rubing it on your soap...you just simply want just enough moisture for it to get on the brush hence "loading" the brush....
then simply start mixing this with the creame and glycerin and slowly add hot water until you get the right consistency...eventually your going to wind up with an incredibly moist rich lather that feels so good applied to the face and REALLY does a good job moisturizing and protecting you for a close comfortable shave.
I highly recommend you guys try this sometime, I know alot of you spend alot of money on products as is, so I'm not saying rush out at this moment, but if you've got some good quality shave soap and some high quality cream *not the pressurized canned crap* just buy some glycerin and your in for a treat guys.
Now for the ward style review...
Ease of lathering: It takes a little while to get it all going using the proper balance of water, hence why I recommend going nice and slow at first but once you get it there its an incredible lather
Life span of lather: Very good. It'll stay nice and warm and moist and you won't have to rehydrate it and it makes a nice thick lather
Moisturizing: This stuff is very moist, its got the glycerin in it along with the high quality bigelow shave cream and the van der hagen deluxe shave soap which has shea butter and aloe vera
Lubrication: Very good, provides a nice smooth very moist lubrication and allows for a nice easy pass.
How protective?: ( N best Ninja Turtles voice) EXCELLENT!!
Scent: Its difficult to say, because of the mixture of 3 products...but its easy to say that the bigelow cream dominates which is a very....well....to be honest i'm not sure how to describe it, but its a nice smell for sure.
Price: its a bit expensive for all of it together 10.60 for the cream. 5. some odd for the glycerin and a couple of bucks for the puck of van der hagen, but this stuff should last you a couple of months atleast and the quality of stuff you get is sooo worth it.
Would you buy it again? Well I've only shaved my face with this combo so far once, but from my experience it was wellll worth the money and worth to do it again, I can't wait to shave my head when I get up in the morning now

and for those of you who didn't quite get what I said for instructions, here is a video that I got this from
hope you guys enjoy this and give this a try, I found this to be AMAZING.
