Welcome to the forum dude,

In regards to the shiny head, try some Matte moisturising products, like Loreal men expert pure and matte moisturiser, for example! Depending on where you are from can determine what products you can get!!  Right on!

I don't know why you would want to, but if you must, try Headlube, matte finish.

Headlube Matte... but I have found the routines and products used to get "the Shine" also helps to get a better, closer shave!
